Retail Lab Partners are prepared for future developments and promote retail research at a top European university.

As a Retail Lab Partner, you gain direct and personal access to the Institute of Retail Management and the possibility to foster a high-quality dialogue between research and practice. By inviting you to our events, we want you to participate in our research actively. This includes three core areas crucial for the future-oriented development of your company: Networking & Recruiting, Knowledge Building, and Professional Development.

Our program does not require any administrative effort from your side: You will be informed about our exciting events by e-mail as soon as we open up registration. You will also regularly receive trend reports and studies sent to your address.

When joining our program, choose between our three offerings: Profound Membership, Professional Membership, or Ambassador Membership.

The Retail Lab Partnership Program is an independent association recognized as a non-profit organization that works closely with the Institute of Retail Management at the University of St.Gallen. The honorary board includes Mr. Stefan Gross (Chief Commercial Officer, Flughafen Z├╝rich AG) as President, Prof. Dr. Thomas Rudolph (Director of the Institute of Retail Management) as Vice President, and Prof. Dr. Marc Linzmajer (Head of Competence Center at the Institute of Retail Management) as Vice President.
